While we hope that you like your purchase, but not to worry if it wasn’t quite to your liking. We will do our utmost to facilitate an exchange for another shirt of similar value, and will bear the delivery for exchange up to 1 time.
Only when there is a manufacturer’s defect and we are unable to exchange for the shirt that you want, is a refund eligible.

Demand for our MADE-to-ORDER shirts have increased. We recommend that you try the shirts on with our stockists before ordering with us. We also understand that you while you might not have the chance to try on the shirts before placing your order with certainty, we will give you our utmost service.
We will facilitate and bear any exchange up to 1 time only, and will alter your shirt should it not fit as expected. But due to the timeline that is needed for our MADE-to-ORDER shirts, it will require the exact same lead time for the second piece to be done for you.
Our studio is also open for you to come and try the pieces before placing your order for the shirts.

Shirts bought under ARCHIVAL are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returns/Exchanges are free on the first time of the order.
Simply email us the details as shown below, and we will take it from there.
For example:
Name: Origami in Bright
Reason:
1 – Does not fit
2 – Wrong item
3 – Defective (please provide picture)
Make sure to notify us that you would like to make a return or exchange with in 7 days of delivery.
Singpost is our current partner delivery and they have made returning easier, without all the uncertainty in pick-up timings. All you have to do is make sure the returning parcel is properly sealed and dropped off at one of the many POP Stations around the island.
A Delivery Order Number (D.O.) will be provided and you can print at the station itself, and drop it off in the locker at your convenience.
We will assign the nearest station to your shipping address, but if you have preferred station along your commute, just let us know in advanced and we will assign it for you.

Proceed to mail your item(s) to us, ensuring that your parcel reaches us within 30 days of date of purchase receipt. After we receive the return parcel, we will require 14 business days to process the refund if item(s) have been received in good order.

We will only accept exchanges when you notify within 7 days of delivery of receiving the delivery. Should the size that you require be unavailable, we are happy to offer you credits in exchange for you to use at a later date of your preference.
We accept all Returns and Exchanges of merchandise in their original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), attached with all original garment tags.
ARCHIVAL shirts are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be Exchanged, and will be returned to you.
Other than replacement of defective goods that are the manufacturer’s fault, all shipping charges incurred during postage of Returned item(s) will be borne by the customer, and will not be compensated by Shirt Number White.
Please keep proof of postage as Shirt Number White will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipping of Returns.
Please allow 14 business days from the date that we receive your returned item(s) to process Returns.
Once a promo-code has been utilised or expires, it cannot be reinstated or refunded.
If a merchandise is exchanged for item(s) of a lower value, the outstanding purchase value will not be refunded and will be automatically forfeited.
